MTL (mouth to lung ) vaping kits are usually smaller devices with lower power output and weaker, smaller coils than DTL kits. However, they are smaller in order to have a more cigarette-like experience when smoking and to be more lightweight. These systems use coils with an ohm of 1 or higher and are advised to use e-liquids with 50VG/50PG or higher PG ratios for those looking for a stronger hit. These are a much superior option to smoking and aid in quitting far more than their DTL equivalent.
